Sablé London - Crew Member (Fulham)

At Sablé London, our Crew Members wear many hats while working hard, moving fast and having fun as an important part of our team. As we continue to grow and prepare to open new locations, we are looking for reliable, positive people who want to grow with us.

As a Sablé Crew Member you will be trained across all areas, including coffee, baking, production and customer service. No previous experience is required, we are looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing:
- Making specialty coffee and drinks (full training provided)
- Preparing and baking, operating ovens
- Preparing products for daily service
- Serving customers and operating the till
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organisation
- Supporting production and retail operations as needed

Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality or coffee preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn coffee and baking skills
- Availability that meets business needs

Part Time:
- Approximately 18–24 hours per week
- Minimum 3 days availability
- Must be available at least 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Full Time:
- Approximately 30–35 hours per week
- 4–5 days availability required
- Must be available at least 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
